We'll start with some exercises to get you warm before class starts, shadowboxing, jumping jacks, push-ups, squats and lunges to make sure your body is loose and ready to go
During this part of class we'll be working true to form fight situations & scenarios with a partner that will challenge you and grow your fight like reflexes, offense as well as defense

We'll work bag drills to promote muscle growth, increase cardio, conditioning and burn off those unwanted calories

After class we will focus on strengthening the core with some ab work that will consist of sit-ups, planks, bicycles and other great exercises
Lastly, if the weather permits we will jog outside around the facility to complete the workout of the day
